Peak Industrial Electrical carried out this project over the Christmas and New Year period while the main plant was shut down for maintenance. A stringent time schedule and pre-planning with labour and materials was critical over the holiday period due to supplier closures and the limited availability of labour. The scope of the project was for the complete fit-out of a new section of the lithium refining plant – adjacent to the existing plant - including cabling and cables supports systems, instrumentation, MCC modifications and testing and commissioning. An additional instrumentation package was added during construction, despite an already a tight time schedule, All work was completed on time and on budget. Additions to the existing process controls included flow metering and pH measurements. |
